Sarah Rhys

Sarah is an artist/educator living and working between rural Carmarthenshire and Bristol. Having been based in a Welsh estuary village for the past few years, Sarah has become connected with the ecotidal landscapes of the area and is working on an evolving project on the coracle (cwrwgl), a rare small portable fishing vessel still used in Wales.
Sarah also runs an art space called Oriel Archipelago where she curates occasional exhibitions and events.
Sarah has an MFA from Bath Spa University and gained a BA QTS (Design Technology) and a Post graduate diploma in Multi- disciplinary printmaking from The University of the West of England. She is a Spike Island Associate (Bristol).
