My current work explores our relationship with our environment and how it can impact both our mental and physical wellbeing. Modern life is full of distractions, which can remove us from being in the present. Long-term, this can have a significant effect on our physical and mental health. It is easy for us all to become enclosed in micro-worlds, narrowing our awareness of the self. However, if we can find a place and space of stillness and contemplation, we can then allow ourselves the opportunity to find perspective.
